Finding your perfect mountain home contributes to creating and maintaining such an atmosphere.
Through my years of experience, I realize the housing market in Summit County is unique. Sometimes it’s overwhelming. I pride myself on communicating with transparency, integrity, and diligence. I am committed to helping you see your mountain real estate dreams come true.
In my free time, I enjoy skiing at the four resorts in the county, backcountry touring, hiking, brewery hopping, and exploring with my dog Chipotle. What I love about Summit is there’s always more to discover!

Experience
- In the summer of 2010, I unknowingly plunged into my Real Estate career starting as a field analyst for a mass-appraisal firm. As I progressed my formal education in Corporate Finance at the University of Colorado I learned the theories of valuation, capital structure, and financial planning but I realized I wanted to make my career around a tangible asset. I joined University of Colorado’s Real Estate Certificate Program and set my eyes on a career in Real Estate. Upon graduation, I was contracted as a real estate Asset Manager for several major healthcare groups focusing on 3rd party leasing and anti-kickback compliance. While this commercial real estate experience was invaluable, my heart was in the mountains. I connected with the founding members of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties and began an apprenticeship program with their team in Winter Park, Colorado. As a member of the most successful team in Winter Park, I was able to garner years of experience in a trial by fire environment. Some of my largest successes include the sale of the Tabernash Post Office building, finding an investor to restore a condemned historic cabin, and my efforts on the development of the Trailside at Lakota duplexes.
