About Joel
Born in Cheyenne, Wyoming moved to Star Valley, Wyoming in 1958. Lived in Star Valley, Wyoming since. Have six children and 15 grand children. Been self employed most of my adult life. Currently developed two sub divisions, Briarwood Estates and North Forty Properties. Owns and operates JM Land Development which does land development and excavation business.
Community Involvement
- Has served with Lincoln County Recreation Commission, local School for 8 years at which time we built 2 new High Schools and major remodels on three other schools in the District.
- Has served in may positions in my local church.
